It was a good run, but Olmsted Falls unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 75-63 to the Archbishop Hoban Knights. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Saturday (56), the Bulldogs still had to take the loss.

Archbishop Hoban's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sam Greer, who shot 81% from the field en route to 30 points along with seven boards and seven blocks. The game was Greer's third in a row with at least 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenny Scott, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and ten assists.

Olmsted Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 19-7. As for Archbishop Hoban, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 21-5.

Olmsted Falls does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Archbishop Hoban, they will square off against Garfield Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Garfield Heights' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last ten matchups.
