When it comes to explaining why Albert Gallatin lost, one person who can't be blamed is Blake White. Despite the final result, he scored 22 points. White has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last five times he's played. Another player making a difference was Mykel Belt, who scored 15 points.
Tori Grooms continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Uniontown, dropping a double-double on 17 points and 11 assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremiah Hager, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds.
Albert Gallatin has not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. As for Uniontown, their victory bumped their record up to 15-1.

As for Uniontown, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Belle Vernon at 7:30 p.m. on January 30th. Belle Vernon will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings (they are ranked 150th, while Uniontown is ranked 21st).
