Adding to the longest winning streak in Eastern Coteau (9 Man) this week, Hamlin beat Webster 28-20. This was the team's eighth consecutive win.
Deuel and Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] played the most contested game in the league this week, with Deuel eventually emerging with a 14-8 victory. Lance Eide threw for 26 yards and ran for 301 yards in the win.
Eide was a force in the backfield as the Cardinals bested the Tigers.
Brody Grantham made the biggest impact on defense this week as Hamlin topped the Bearcats. The 6-foot-1 junior recorded 2 fumbles.
Eide provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Deuel topped Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah].
Reid Valsvig threw for 135 yards and 3 touchdowns. He went 13-27 with 0 interceptions.
Ben Koisti was the best wideout in the league this week as Jeff Sheehan's team defeated Webster. Koisti racked up 3 receptions for 57 yards. Tristan Namken helped Hamlin's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 22 yards.
