Humboldt was led to victory by Mason Sterling, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Sterling rushed for 129 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries, and also picked up 73 receiving yards and two touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.
