Upper Cape Cod RVT needed a changed in momentum after dropping six straight matches and they got it from Nadia Prunier. The Rams walked away with a 3-1 win over the Old Colony RVT Cougars on Friday with plenty of help from Prunier, who had 28 assists and five aces. She is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 16 or more in each of the last nine games she's played.

Upper Cape Cod RVT got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-21, 18-25, 30-28.

Upper Cape Cod RVT's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-7 and their overall record up to 2-8. As for Old Colony RVT, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
