The Quanah Indians lost against the Shamrock Irish back in October of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Quanah took a hard 28-12 fall against Shamrock.
Shamrock's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Philip Cook, who rushed for 105 yards on only 11 carries, and also threw for 212 yards and three touchdowns. Terry Menefield also helped out with an impressive 101 receiving yards.
Quanah's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Shamrock, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4.
Quanah does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Shamrock is also done with their season.
