Skyline can bid farewell to their five-match losing streak thanks to their match on Saturday. They came out on top against the Pomona Panthers by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Falcons also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Gabriela Medina-Valdez paced Skyline's offense, picking up eight kills. Medina-Valdez got some help from Lizeth Medina-Valdez and her 14 assists. Finally, Gabriela was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.
