After a string of three wins, Casey-Westfield's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond Knights. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to the Knights when the teams met back in September of 2018, then they'll just have to keep looking.

While Casey-Westfield ultimately came up short, they really made Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond work, particularly in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-20.

Casey-Westfield's loss dropped their record down to 21-15. As for Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 27-9.
