There's no place like home for Hillcrest, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They put the hurt on the Jordan Beetdiggers with a sharp 16-1 victory on Tuesday. The Huskies might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by six runs or more this season.
Nyomi Houston was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Lila Vawdrey, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple.
