Meanwhile, last Friday just wasn't the day for Johansen's offense. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (2-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.
Ceres' loss dropped their record down to 5-7-2. As for Johansen, they bumped their record down to 8-8-2 with that loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
Ceres was able to grind out a solid win over Johansen in their previous matchup on January 3rd, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ceres since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
