Episcopal Academy added to the longest winning streak in Inter-Academic this week by beating Hill School, 29-9. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.
Episcopal Academy was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from third to first in the league. Todd Fairlie's team vanquished the Rams 29-9 earlier in the week.
The Churchmen's Ryan Whayland and Evan Butts have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Whayland has thrown for 526 yards this season, while Butts, a 6-foot-4 receiver, has 11 catches for 209 yards. Haverford School's Philip Poquie leads the league in rushing yards with 418.
Germantown Academy scaled the state rankings by moving to 212 from 241 this week, the biggest jump in Inter-Academic. The Patriots climbed the ranks as a result of besting Peddie 26-14.
