Barnwell were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They were fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Burke 48-0. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 41-0.
The win bumped Barnwell's record up to 4-0. The loss dropped Burke's record to 1-3.
Barnwell will stay at home next week against Wade Hampton at 7:30 PM. Burke will be staying on the road, facing off against Charleston Math & Science. Burke come in off of 3 low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the squad is obviously eager to reverse.
