Jake Lard posted a new career-high in runs on Tuesday. He scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He is becoming a predictor of Lexington's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 6-17 when he doesn't).
