Overbrook hasn't had much luck against Schalick recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Rams will be playing at home against the Cougars at 4:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Overbrook 2.8, Schalick 0.8) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Cole Hartley made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Hartley was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with three RBI. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Enrico Hatz, who scored four runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. What's more, he posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Lucas D'Agostino, who scored three runs while going 2-for-2.
Schalick always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .707. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Clayton only posted an OBP of .320.
Having lost for the first time this season, Overbrook fell to 3-1. As for Schalick, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0.
