They took a 69-61 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tuscaloosa Home Educators. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their last game two weeks ago (60), East Central HomeSchool still had to take the loss.
Despite their loss, East Central HomeSchool saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Greyson Boyd, who scored 23 points along with three steals, was perhaps the best of all. Boyd has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Anthony Knetter, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds.
Heritage Christian Academy has been struggling recently, as they've lost ten of their last 12 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season. As for East Central HomeSchool, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.
