There's no place like home for Buena, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They never let the Flowing Wells Caballeros get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Colts, who have now won ten contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

Omar Rodriguez was excellent, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs. Those two runs gave him a new career-high. Kai Taijeron also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Buena kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in three consecutive matches.

Buena pushed their record up to 19-6 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.7 runs on average over those games. As for Flowing Wells, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-17-1 record this season.

Buena will have a chance to go back-to-back against Flowing Wells: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
