Arcadia is 7-2 against Mesquite since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Titans will host the Wildcats at 4:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Arcadia is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Saguaro just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of the Sabercats by a score of 3-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Titans have suffered since March 19th.

Arcadia saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Olivia Baumgardner, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Meanwhile, Mesquite was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 20-3 to Mohave Accelerated.

Olivia Romans made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. Savannah Magallanez was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Arcadia's defeat dropped their record down to 12-8-1. As for Mesquite, their loss dropped their record down to 5-12.

Tuesday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Arcadia hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .325. However, it's not like Mesquite struggles in that department as they've averaged .418. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.

Arcadia was able to grind out a solid victory over Mesquite in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, winning 9-4. Do the Titans have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wildcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
