Roxy Getter paced Lemon Bay's offense, picking up 18 kills. Getter got some help from Evelyn Swidrak and her 37 assists. Swidrak also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Maisyn Pierce, each putting up three.
Taylor Leide and Lara Stefanovic certainly did their best on Wednesday to avoid the loss. Leide had 43 digs and five aces, while Stefanovic had 25 kills, 21 digs, and four aces. Stefanovic is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had eight or more in each of the last 13 games she's played. Kylee Killalea was another key player, getting 14 kills and 13 digs.
Lemon Bay's victory bumped their record up to 21-9. As for Seminole, their loss ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-10.
