The Highland Park Scots won the last time they faced the Southeast Knights, and things went their way on Thursday too. Highland Park breezed by Southeast on the road to the tune of 63-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Highland Park.
Highland Park got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Tahtionna Broils out in front who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Amelia Ramsey, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 12 rebounds.
Highland Park's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Southeast, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Highland Park will be home for the holidays to greet Wyandotte at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Southeast will take on Winnetonka at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
