After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Andrew Jackson, the Central Eagles were happy to have found some success on Friday. They walked away with a 66-58 win over York Prep. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Central was led to victory by Tazhir Webber and Caden Edmond. Webber scored 20 points, while Edmond scored 19 points. Another player making a difference was Marcavion Gainey, who scored eight points.
Central's victory bumped their record up to 9-15. As for York Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-11.
Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. York Prep also has no future games currently scheduled.
