Kent Denver found their leader in underclassman Caleb Fay, who scored 22 points along with 6 steals and 5 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Josh Gonnella, who scored 12 points.
Middle Park's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jacob Trail, who scored 9 points.
The win makes it two in a row for Kent Denver and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Middle Park, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Kent Denver will be playing in front of their home fans against Smoky Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Middle Park's road trip will continue as they head out to face Platte Valley at 5:00 p.m. on December 7th. Hopefully Platte Valley focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Tuesday.
