Javion Kinnard Dazzles in Pearl-Cohn Victory
Starting off the list is Pearl-Cohn's Javion Kinnard, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Kinnard rushed for 139 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries, and also picked up 85 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Kinnard is probably looking forward to his next game, a road matchup against Greenbrier on Friday. When Kinnard last faced the Bobcats back in October of 2023, he rushed for 118 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 90 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Kelton Crisp produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Station Camp to the win on Friday. Marshall County Wins Seventh-Straight Thanks to Tyler Thompson
Marshall County picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Tyler Thompson. Nobody could stop Thompson as he threw for 224 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.7 yards per attempt, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Thompson is crushing it when it comes to passing touchdowns: he's passed for at least three every time he's taken the field this season.
Marshall County pushed their record up to 7-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Thompson and Marshall County are on the road again on Friday to play Montgomery Central at 7:00 p.m.

Station Camp Gets a Boost from Overbey in 38-8 Victory
The second Station Camp player making an appearance here is Colton Overbey, and for good reason. He threw for 244 yards and two touchdowns while completing 81% of his passes, and also rushed for 42 yards.
For the season, Overbey has thrown 9 touchdowns while averaging 223.4 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 0.86 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 34.86 rushing yards.
