After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Velma Jackson, The French Camp Academy Panthers were happy to have found some success on Thursday. They put the hurt on McAdams with a sharp 47-22 victory. The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for French Camp Academy's seven-point performance the matchup before.
French Camp Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Silas Hodge, who rushed for 171 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries. Logan Wright was another key contributor, throwing for 113 yards and two touchdowns.
French Camp Academy's win was their third straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 3-7. Admittedly, the team didn't face the toughest opposition across those games, namely McAdams, Nanih Waiya, and Pisgah. As for McAdams, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
French Camp Academy will head out on the road to face off against Resurrection Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on November 3rd. McAdams does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
