Gadsden City had lost four straight at home dating back to last season, but on Tuesday they dropped down to 2-3 to make it five. They took a 46-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Oxford Yellow Jackets. On the bright side, the 41- point performance marked the Titans' highest-scoring game to date.

Despite the loss, Gadsden City still got an impressive performance from Madison Tinker, who posted 17 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. Tinker has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Jac'Keria Woods, who earned nine points and three steals.

As for Oxford, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 62.0 points this season.

BriOnna Wilson had an outrageously good game as she dropped a double-double with 20 points and ten boards. Those ten rebounds gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of TaKayvia Boyd, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and ten boards.
