Teryn Hobson had an outrageously good game for Lugoff-Elgin as she went 8 for 16 on her way to 18 points in addition to six steals and four blocks. That's the most points Hobson has posted since back in December of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of Kendra Wilson, who went 6 of 12 on her way to 13 points and five rebounds.
Cathedral Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Lugoff-Elgin, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-7.
