Trinity Christian blew Holy Family Academy out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Wednesday Holy Family Academy got their revenge. The Warriors fell just short of the Padres by a score of 6-4. The Warriors' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Josh Partin made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Trinity Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 8-2. As for Holy Family Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-3-1.

Looking ahead, Trinity Christian will face off against Heritage Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Holy Family Academy, they will square off against Flagstaff Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Flagstaff Christian will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Holy Family Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
