The Hopatcong Chiefs can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They blew past Memorial 35-0 at home. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Hopatcong had established a 28 point advantage.
Hopatcong's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ryan White, who rushed for 165 yards and three touchdowns. The team also got some help courtesy of Peter Malizzi, who rushed for 120 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries.
