Octavian Roberson Sets Career High in Rushing Yards
Starting off the list is Broken Arrow's Octavian Roberson, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Friday Roberson rushed for 154 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.7 yards per carry, and also caught a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
On the year, Roberson has caught 4 touchdowns while averaging 35.6 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 27.6 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 116.6 rushing yards.

David McComb was instrumental in extending Edmond Memorial's winning streak to three on Friday. McComb was unstoppable, throwing for 258 yards and two touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes, and also punching in a rushing score.
For the season, McComb has thrown 5 touchdowns while averaging 170.8 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to four.

Parry Came Up Big in Union's 48-14 Loss
While Tayveon Parry delivered a dominant effort on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Union. Despite the loss, Parry was still balling out as he rushed for 126 yards, and also picked up 31 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Union's defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-2. Parry and Union will challenge Norman North at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Chris Zaferes posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 126 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries.
For the year, Zaferes has run in 4 touchdowns while averaging 65.8 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after four games last season, he had one rushing touchdown.
