Oregon-Davis is still winless after their game against Tri-Township on Saturday, but the team can take solace in the fact it was the closest they've come to winning. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 64-61 heartbreaker at the hands of the Tri-Township Tigers. One positive for the Bobcats, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Dillon Stewart continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Tri-Township, dropping a double-double on 45 points and 16 rebounds. That makes it five consecutive games in which Stewart has scored at least a third of Tri-Township's points. Chayse Boomfield was another key player, putting up two points along with six steals, five assists, and five boards.

Oregon-Davis' defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Tri-Township, their victory ended an 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-5.

After both having extra time off, Oregon-Davis and North Miami will dust off their jerseys to challenge one another at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Oregon-Davis has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Tri-Township, they will be taking part in a tournament against Crothersville at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
