East Ascension fell 47-36 to Scotlandville. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for East Ascension in their matchups with Scotlandville: they've now lost seven in a row.
Scotlandville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jamal Drewery, who scored 26 points. The matchup was Drewery's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was LaMarkus Williams, who scored 4 points along with 20 rebounds and 3 blocks.
East Ascension's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Scotlandville, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
