Baltic got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jack Erickson out in front who scored 21 points along with seven rebounds. The game was Erickson's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Kellen Artz, who scored seven points along with seven rebounds.
Baltic pushed their record up to 4-1 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 26.33 points. As for Elkton/Lake Benton, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Baltic will be home for the holidays to greet Madison at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in South Dakota (Madison is ranked 33rd, while Baltic is ranked 21st). Elkton/Lake Benton will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Waverly/South Shore at 12:30 p.m. on December 30th.
