Easton Thompson gave up the fewest hits he has since back in February on Tuesday. He did his part (and then some), not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out nine over five innings pitched for the 'W'. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

Thompson's effort led Lafayette over West Point and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Green Wave are limping into the matchup having lost eight straight on the road.
