Scott can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent  game  on Monday. Everything went their way against the Calvary Christian Cougars as the Scott Eagles made off with  a  12-2 victory. For Scott, this counts as revenge for the   6-1 loss Calvary Christian walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in May of 2023.
  Porter Huston made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Huston was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base.
 In other pitching news,  Ty Cook looked comfortable as he  tossed three innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   one  hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive pitching appearances.
 Back at the plate,  Dylan Giffen was  incredible,  scoring three  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Gunner Bleha, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 Scott's win bumped their record up to 15-13. As for Calvary Christian, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost four of their last five contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record  this season.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Scott will take on Holy Cross at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Calvary Christian, they will be playing at home against Dayton at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
