Whitehorse are packing up and hiking across state lines for their contest on Friday. They take on Tohatchi at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps state rankings project a close game.
Whitehorse gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener last Friday. They were fully in charge, breezing past Greyhills Academy 48-6.
Meanwhile, Tohatchi were able to grind out a solid win over Laguna Acoma, winning 28-20.
Their wins bumped Whitehorse to 1-0 and Tohatchi to 1-1. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Whitehorse and Tohatchi clash.
