Baseball Recap: Sports Leadership & Management Comes Up Short

Sports Leadership & Management lost against The Meadows School back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bulls fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 9-8.

Mark McAllister III was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. He has become a key player for Sports Leadership & Management: the team is 4-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 7-15 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Dylan Tondreau, who got on base in two of his three plate appearances with one run and one RBI.

Sports Leadership & Management's loss dropped their record down to 11-16. As for The Meadows School, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-12 record this season.

While Sports Leadership & Management had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
