St. Stephens took the match and then some with a 79-43 victory last Friday over Dubois. With St. Stephens ahead 55-29 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Riverside lost to Meeteetse, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 27-91. The state rankings had actually given Riverside a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
St. Stephens took a serious blow against Riverside the last time the two teams met, falling 6-64. Can St. Stephens avenge their defeat, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
