Oconomowoc posted their closest victory since September 6th on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the River Falls Wildcats, sneaking past 2-1. The Raccoons haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Marlee Sivak paced Oconomowoc's offense, picking up nine kills. Sivak got some help from Elizabeth Kwiatkowski and her 30 assists. Zoe Meier controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

When it comes to explaining why River Falls lost, don't look at Olivia Doerre. Despite the final result, she had 15 digs and one assist. Doerre has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last five times she's played.

Oconomowoc's victory bumped their record up to 19-1. As for River Falls, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 24-6 record this season.

Oconomowoc has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Xavier on the 20th. As for River Falls, they will square off against New Richmond at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
