The Seagoville Dragons typically have all the answers at home, but on Friday the Kimball Knights proved too difficult a challenge. Kimball walked away with a 21-14 win over Seagoville. The win was familiar territory for Kimball who now have three in a row.
Armirie Williams-Hall looked great while leading his team to the win, throwing for 226 yards and two touchdowns.
Kimball's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Seagoville, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3.
Kimball will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Wilson at 7:00 p.m. Wilson will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 564th, while Kimball is ranked 246th). As for Seagoville, they will head out on the road to face off against South Oak Cliff at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in South Oak Cliff's favor is that they have now posted big point totals in their last six contests.
