Even though Hale Center has not done well against Floydada recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Hale Center managed a 65-60 victory over Floydada. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Ralls suffered their biggest defeat since December 7, 2023 on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a rough 69-39 loss at the hands of Olton. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Ralls has suffered against Olton since December 7, 2017.
Hale Center is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. As for Ralls, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost nine of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.
