The South Oldham Dragons and the Crittenden County Rockets will face off at 5:30 p.m. on December 28th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
South Oldham unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. Their rough 63-42 loss to Franklin-Simpson might stick with them for a while. While losing is never fun, South Oldham can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 49th, while Franklin-Simpson is ranked fourth).
Meanwhile, even though Logan County scored an imposing 57 points on Friday, Crittenden County still came out on top. Crittenden County narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Logan County 60-57.
South Oldham's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Crittenden County, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.
