While losing is never fun, Scott's Branch can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 208th, while Bethune-Bowman is ranked 83rd).
Jordan Kind put forth a good effort for the losing side as he scored 18 points.
Meanwhile, Carvers Bay scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They came out on top against Scott's Branch by a score of 67-59. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Scott's Branch has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season. As for Carvers Bay, their win bumped their record up to 10-8.
