The result came thanks to  Meghan Kimberling's shutout, as she gave up just two  hits and racked up six Ks. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run in five consecutive appearances.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Jocelyn Coleman, who  went 3-for-4 with one  run and one  double.
Ninety Six's victory bumped their record up to 19-5. As for North Central, their loss dropped their record down to 15-7.
