Peebles extended their losing streak to four on Thursday, dropping them down to 13-5. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Clay Panthers. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over 6.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off eight hits.
