Despite the loss, Sauk Rapids-Rice still got an impressive performance from Courtney Paulsen, who scored 15 points along with nine rebounds. Paulsen hasn't dropped below 15points for six straight games. Another player making a difference was Olivia Mohs, who scored seven points along with seven rebounds.
Sartell-St. Stephen's win bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Sauk Rapids-Rice, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8.
Sartell-St. Stephen will take on Waconia at TBD on Thursday. Waconia is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses. As for Sauk Rapids-Rice, they will be playing at home against Rocori at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. Rocori has now lost ten straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since November 28.
