Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask King's Academy). They breezed by the Clayton-Bradley Academy Blazers to the tune of 96-26 on Friday. The victory was familiar territory for the Lions who have now won 12 games in a row.

Clayton-Bradley Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Mia Adkins, who posted 16 points. Adkins' evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Emma Bault, who had ten points.

King's Academy's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.2 points per game. As for Clayton-Bradley Academy, they now have a losing record at 4-5.

King's Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 60-57 loss against Silverdale Academy on the 4th. As for Clayton-Bradley Academy, they will head out to face off against Concord Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
