After two games on the road, Mead is heading back home. They will take on the Ridgeline Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mead will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings (they are ranked 82nd, while Ridgeline is ranked 19th).
Last Tuesday, Mead came up short against Ferris and fell 63-54.
Meanwhile, Ridgeline's game on Tuesday was all tied up 24-24 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top against Cheney by a score of 62-50.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ridgeline to victory, but perhaps none more so than Easton Amend, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds. Brayden Allen was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with seven assists and four steals.
Mead's defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Ridgeline, their victory bumped their record up to 12-4.
