Kingman lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Douglass, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's matchup. The Eagles blew past the Bulldogs 9-2 on Thursday. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by six runs or more this season.

Kingman has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.2 runs over those games. As for Douglass, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-6-1.

Coming up, Kingman will welcome Pratt on Monday. As for Douglass, they will face off against Trinity Academy on Monday. The Knights' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Bulldogs' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
