Basketball Recap: Peyton Blyth Key Part of a Team Effort in Warriors Win

Crestmont Christian Prep won the last time they faced Non Varsity Opponent and things went their way on Friday too. The Crestmont Christian Prep Warriors strolled past Non Varsity Opponent with points to spare, taking the game 43-27. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Crestmont Christian Prep got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Peyton Blyth out in front who went 9 for 19 on his way to 19 points and five steals. Blyth is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed three or more in the last five games he's played. Luke Oliver was another key player, dropping a double-double on ten points and 14 rebounds.

Crestmont Christian Prep smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in eight consecutive matches.

Crestmont Christian Prep has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-7 record this season.
