Meadowview Christian fell to Morgan Academy 49-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Marengo Academy made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,713 from 8,335. The improvement came about via a 51-14 victory over Eastwood Christian last week.
Two of the top teams in AISA A Region 2 will go toe-to-toe this week when Jackson Academy takes on the Longhorns. The Eagles' offense has recorded 79 points this season, making them No. 1 in the league, while Marengo Academy has permitted only 20 on the year.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Eddie Freeman's team takes on Jackson Academy. As it stands, the Longhorns are in second, while Dwain Roberts' team is in fourth.
Marengo Academy led the league in scoring this week after putting up 51 points on Eastwood Christian.
