Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lyman). They blew past the Cornerstone Charter Academy Ducks 8-2 on Thursday. It was an even better day for Kendall Kamm as she scored three goals for her team.

The victory was the third in a row for Lyman, bringing their record for this year to 4-7-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those three games. As for Cornerstone Charter Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7-1 record this season.

Lyman will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Master's Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
